4) It is better to reduce the use of mehndi or kalpa in the hair. If you want to do it alone, use a good quality kalpa of a reputed company. Shampoo your hair well after using kalpa.
5) You must use an umbrella when going out. Wear a clean and properly sized hat.
6) Avoid using hair gel, wax, hair spray. Even if you use it, wash your hair with shampoo well after returning home.
6) Hair spa is very beneficial for the hair. If you can do hair spa once or twice a month, your hair will be fine.
6) Drink plenty of water every day. Put plenty of vegetables and fruits on the food. Eat raw almonds regularly. Eat more fresh small fish. Eat a spoonful of honey every morning.
9) Do not wipe your hair loudly after bathing. This will weaken the hair follicles. Dry your hair with a towel.
