In addition to personal documents such as PAN cards, voter cards or driving licenses, as well as PDF files of office work, we usually keep important and favorite pictures in Google Drive. So that it can be seen quickly when needed.
However, the biggest problem with digital documents is that these documents cannot be viewed without an internet connection. Many times we have to face this problem due to lack of network in remote areas.
This time Google came up with this new technology as its solution. According to the company, from now on, PDF files and office documents can be viewed offline in Google Drive.
However, according to Google, this facility will not be available just by saving digital files in Drive. If you want to view digital documents in Google Drive when the Internet is off, you have to right-click on the relevant documents and click on the 'Available Offline' option.

Then those documents can be viewed offline directly from Google Drive without any internet connection. As a result, a lot of such problems can be dealt with.
Google has been testing this new technology since 2019. Many customers took part in the trial. This technology has been brought for the common people after the successful completion of that trial.
Meanwhile, keeping in view the recent situation in Afghanistan, Google took a tough decision this time. Google has shut down many Afghan government email accounts. Google's move is believed to be aimed at protecting Ashraf Ghani's government officials from the Taliban.
Google has decided to temporarily shut down several email accounts for fear that the Taliban could easily get information from Guinean government officials by searching their email accounts. However, the company did not say anything clear in this regard.
For the time being, the accounts of several top administrative officials have been locked during the Gani government.
Google said in a statement that it was monitoring the situation in Afghanistan. On the other hand, one person worked in a ministry in Afghanistan during the Ghani government.
The man said the Taliban were seeking information about former government officials. The Taliban have been searching for emails from top administrative officials during Ghani's tenure. The Taliban even told him to keep all the information about the officials in the ministry where he worked.
